Let customers say it in their own words.

A customer scans your QR code, speaks or types in English, Hindi, Hinglish or Kannada, and gets a short draft that keeps what they actually said, the good and the bad. They edit it, then paste it on Google themselves.

The draft keeps the complaint

A customer says: "Phone is good. Staff explained properly. But they kept me waiting forty minutes."

What we refuse to produce

Outstanding service with only a slight delay. Highly recommended!

What we aim for

I'm happy with the phone, and the staff explained it clearly. However, I had to wait 40 minutes.

Every draft is checked against the customer's own words for invented praise, dropped complaints, changed numbers and made-up names. If it fails twice, the customer sees their own words instead.

How it works

1. One QR code

The same code for every customer. Everyone gets the same route to Google, happy or not. Optional single-purchase links can greet a customer by first name and ask about what they bought.

2. A short conversation

One neutral question, then at most two follow-ups. Nothing already answered is asked again. Speak or type; skip anything.

3. They approve and copy

One short draft they can edit, shorten, rewrite, translate or replace with their original words. Then "Copy review & open Google". Google asks for the stars.

What this does not do

  • It does not post anything to Google for anyone. We cannot tell whether a review was posted, so we count "opened Google", never "published".
  • It does not ask customers to rate themselves first, hide Google from unhappy customers, or offer rewards for good words.
  • It does not show you private drafts or chats. You see counts, plus comments from customers who chose to share them.
  • It does not store voice recordings.

For the business

Set up in minutes

Paste your Google review link, check it opens the right box, print your QR as a counter card, poster, table tent, receipt strip or NFC link.

See what is working

A funnel from scans to "opened Google", themes with how many customers raised them, and a review inbox with reply drafts that your team approves.
